1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether individually or on behalf of an educational or corporate entity) and EKAREZONE, governing your access to and use of ekarezone.com and all associated consulting and mobility services.

2. Educational Consulting & Advisory Scope

EKAREZONE provides strategic guidance, application mentoring, language school placement, Erasmus+ project authoring, and educational travel coordination. While we maintain rigorous quality standards and expert methodologies:

• Academic Admissions: Final admission decisions reside solely with the respective universities, colleges, and examination boards.
• Visa & Consular Discretion: Visa issuance, interview scheduling, and entry permits are the exclusive jurisdiction of national embassies and consulates. EKAREZONE does not guarantee visa outcomes but provides complete procedural preparation.
• Document Accuracy: Clients are strictly responsible for the veracity and authenticity of submitted diplomas, academic records, and legal declarations.

3. Client Obligations & Code of Conduct

Participants in our programs, whether students, teachers, or institutional delegates, agree to adhere to the host country laws, academic standards, and institutional rules of partner organizations. Misrepresentation or submission of forged materials terminates service representation immediately.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All curricula, custom travel itineraries, project frameworks, branding, logos, website graphics, and proprietary guides developed by EKAREZONE remain the exclusive intellectual property of EKAREZONE and its partners, protected by international copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

EKAREZONE shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from university curriculum changes, governmental immigration policy amendments, or flight cancellations beyond reasonable control. Depending on where contractual engagements are signed, disputes are subject to the competent jurisdiction of Istanbul (Turkey) or Stuttgart (Germany).
